Dogtails Mixology: Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you (and your pup!) to love your Dogtails Mixology deck, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. During November and December, our return window is extended to 30 days to make holiday gifting easier.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at dogtailsmixology@gmail.com within 72 hours with a photo so we can make it right.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. We will notify you if your return is approved or if it cannot be accepted.
